We were thrilled to see many of you at our recent 25th Anniversary Open House. Having served this community for so long, it was a treat to see so many familiar faces. Thank you to each one of you who has been a part of our story in some way. We are looking forward to the next 25 years!
TSA at USHE Conference, F&E Tournament and We Care
We had a great time over the past couple of months with some fun events. The University of Utah F&E Golf Tournament was as beautiful as ever this year. It was fun for us to get out of the office and a pleasure to support such a great cause. We were also able to visit and learn with many of you at the USHE Conference. Thank you to those of you who came by to say hello! And we loved being a part of the We Care event hosted by Herman Miller.
Project Updates
Meadow Peak at Summit Vista
Meadow Peak at Summit Vista is an Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care facility located next to an already successful Independent Living community. This building came together in a way that is complementary, organic, and holistic. Summit Vista’s vision to realize Utah’s first “Life Plan Community” in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley is a stunning success. We couldn’t be more proud of our work on this project. Utah Partners for Health
The Utah Partners for Health clinic renovation and expansion has come together beautifully. The office grew from 2000 to 3776 sq ft. The space includes a Pharmacy, space for two in-house behavioral health specialists, 8 exam rooms, an optical exam room (as well as a display area in the large waiting room), expanded staff support areas and lobby. TSA was grateful for the opportunity to work on this building and loved being able to donate the majority of our work to make this project a reality. With this project completed, we are excited to start work on their existing dental clinic in Midvale.
Sophie’s Place at University of Michigan
For those of you who have participated in our annual putt-putt fundraiser, you’ll be excited to see some progress photos of the new Sophie’s Place at the University of Michigan. You can see the space is nearing completion and will be a wonderful support to so many children going through difficult medical journeys.
