This project consists of a new 2-story Skilled Nursing Facility with 40 Skilled Nursing units and approximately 20-30 Assisted Living bedrooms. In addition to the resident units the building will include a variety of common spaces and amenities for dining, activities and a cozy lobby that will feature a fireplace and reading nook.
